Our workshops are designed to gently open the heart medicine, helping us to be better more connected people. So anyone from any walk of life who is looking to take a holiday from themselves and be open to new ways of thinking, breathing and living is welcome. We have a team of inspiring life coaches and mentors working with us supporting you every step of the way during our deep this journey of self-discovery and relaxation.

Our only expectation is that you come with an open heart and an open mind.
